Who Is Ranjeet Saini? Founder, Entrepreneur and Technology Strategist
An introduction to Ranjeet Saini — Founder & Director of Qrologic Softech and Research Private Limited — and the work he does across AI, software, digital products and business ideas.
Ranjeet Saini is a technology entrepreneur and the Founder & Director of Qrologic Softech and Research Private Limited. His work sits at the intersection of three things: artificial intelligence, software products and business ideas. This page explains, in his own words, what that means in practice.
The short version
I build and think about software that solves business problems — increasingly with AI as a core capability rather than a feature. Through Qrologic I lead software and research work; through this site I share what I am building, exploring and learning, and I offer personal consulting to founders and business owners who are weighing up an AI or software idea.
What I actually work on
AI-driven software. Products where a model does meaningful work inside the workflow — reading documents, qualifying enquiries, answering questions from company knowledge, drafting reports. I care about the boring parts: validation, permissions, logs and human review, because that is what makes AI usable in a real business. You can read more on the AI Software Development page.
Automation and agents. Removing the "human parser" steps in business processes with confidence-gated AI, and scoping agents so they help instead of surprise. See AI Automation and AI Agents.
SaaS and digital products. Turning a workflow understanding into a product with sensible economics. My interest is strongest in vertical products for specific industries, especially in markets where processes are still manual. See AI SaaS.
Business ideas. I keep a structured library of AI business ideas and business ideas — each with the problem, solution, business model, MVP scope and honest risks. They are thinking tools, not promises.
How I think
Four principles guide most of my decisions, and they are spelled out on the About page:
- Problem first. Technology chosen before the problem is understood is usually the wrong technology.
- Product first. A model is not a product. The workflow, the UI and the trust the user places in it are the product.
- AI where it creates value. Not everywhere. Deterministic code where certainty matters, AI where flexibility matters.
- Build for the future. Architecture that can swap models and providers, and businesses that do not depend on a single platform's goodwill.
Qrologic
Qrologic Softech and Research Private Limited is the company I founded and lead. It is where software development and research work happens. This website is deliberately about me as a founder and thinker rather than a company brochure; if you are looking for company information, the Qrologic link in the footer will take you there.
What you will find on this site
- Pillar pages explaining each area of AI I work in, with use cases, limitations and FAQs — start at the AI Hub.
- A growing set of Insights: original articles on AI, software and business, with my opinion clearly labelled as opinion.
- Projects with transparent status labels — idea, research, MVP, in development or live.
- A way to book a consultation if you want a direct, practical conversation about your idea.
A note on honesty
I do not publish invented client lists, revenue figures or awards. Where I make a claim about results, it will be verified and specific. Where I express an opinion, it is labelled as mine. That standard applies to every page here.
If you want to talk, the contact page is the fastest route.
